Permission Denied in configuration? - 2008/03/31 16:50Hello,
I just purchased this product few minutes ago.
I just installed both com and bot.
Now that i click on "edit configuration" in the component, i get following messages:

How can i fix this problem?

Re:Permission Denied in configuration? - 2008/03/31 18:35I checked the FAQs , it says: Check the permissions on the pdftotext and pdftotext.exe file located in administrator/components/com_file_index directory/includes. It should be set to 555.
I checked my ;/administrator/components/com_file_index/includes/
And I only see following files: COPYING pdftotext pdftotext.txt pdftotext_bsd README
I dont see any .exe , may this be the problem?

Re:Permission Denied in configuration? - 2008/03/31 18:43the exe is only for windows based systems. Set the config.file_index.php to 777 just to see if it works then you can dial it back.
